What is the Oak Bank?
The Oak Bank is a Reward Platform founded in October 2022.
This is accessible to Students, Staff and Parents.
Students have access to their own Internal Bank Account, they can check their income and expenses as well as they balance. Students are also using UK Currency.
Students can earn rewards through positive, engaging and inclusive learning. This links to their behaviour, the school values and learning opportunities.
This is real money, real life skills and a real learning opportunity
How can Students earn Rewards?
If a student reaches Level 2 they recieve £30
For remaining on Level 2 for a year they recieve £40

Aspire Rewards (10 nominations = £1) Allocated by their Key Workers
Intervention Rewards set up by Key Worker (Approved by Mr McConnell) On a case by case request / reviewed weekly (SLT review)

How does the Student's Oak Bank Account work?
First Page
The first page is the bank account with their end balance and details of the different expenses and incomes.
Second Page
The second page shows the students their Expenses and income breakdown
All students have their own school Bank Account as detailed above. They have access to view their balance, transactions including income and expenses through the Academic Year.
